Lovely, strange, compelling - but it is a daylily!
Some of you may recall that Tetra 'Barbara Mitchell' gave doubling
on the petals. This cultivar continues that line. The first
half of the season is shown in picture #1; picture #2 shows the
later season. Interesting... The blooms are rose with a light
watermark and yellow serrated edges.
Early blooms show cristate sculpting.
